Our Story
For nearly a quarter of a century, THINK TAX has helped individuals, families, and small business owners meet their tax obligations, plan for the future and grow their wealth.
Back in 1992, Anastasios Koutsikos set up as an accountant in Dandenong under the trading name ‘TASS’ – Taxation Accounting Strategic Systems. In 2003 the firm moved to Clayton South and was rebranded as THINK TAX.
We are CPA accountants, tax agents, and your trusted business advisors, offering a wealth of knowledge and guidance across specific areas of your personal and/or business life cycle.

Anastasios (Tass) Koutsikos – Principal
A wealth of knowledge, an organiser and strategic thinker……everything you want from your Accountant!
Tass has combined 27 years of tax knowledge and business experience to provide you with a unique opportunity to get more from your Accountant.
Having worked in both public practice and in commercial environments, as a head accountant, financial controller and general manager for a large national brand, Tass understands the inner workings of your business, whether it is in manufacturing, wholesaling, retailing, trade or professional services.
Complimenting the professional training and experience is 20 plus years in community service, volunteering time and professional skills to non profit organisations in the capacity of Treasurer, Secretary, President and Chairman. Tass is proud to say that his involvement in communities is still rewarding him with life long friends and contributed to his overall development as a professional accountant and business advisor.
Some of the non profit organisations that have benefited and grown under his leadership and guidance include The Hellenic Business Forum of Australia, H.A.C.C.I, Washington Drive Kindergarten, Kingston City Football Club and the Southern Accountants Discussion Group for CPA’s.
Tass is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) holding a Public Practitioners Licence from CPA Australia since 2005, a Registered Tax Agent since 1998 and a graduate from Monash University with a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) degree attained in 1990.
Tass heads a team of dedicated professionals who strive to give clients like you an individualised, customised service.
Away from THINK TAX, Tass is an accredited AFC/FFA B Licence Football Coach and can be found at the Kingston City Football Club, where he is currently the Technical Director of the club, responsible for player and coach development in an elite pathway environment.
Kathy Vucko - Practice Manager
Kathy joined the THINK TAX team in 2005. Kath is focused on ensuring you sleep well at night.
Passionate about customer service, Kath is all about communication, giving you comfort with the thought you are informed and up to date with all your compliance obligations.
Kath will handle your communications with the ATO and other government departments; Whether you are seeking an extension on lodgement deadlines, payment plan negotiations, recovering ATO penalties and interest charged; No problem or query is too small or too difficult for Kath, she enjoys the challenge in finding WIN-WIN solutions that work for you.
A certified adviser across numerous accounting software packages, Kath will help you find a suitable small business software package solution in line with your budget and operating requirements.
Kath has a customer focus approach that has continued on from her years as a retail manager with the RACV group.
